AssalamuAlaikum everyone:
❇️ Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah, Monday, May 18th, is the First of DhulHijjah 1447 AH 🕋
❇️ Thus, we enter the best days of the entire year in which Allah SWT loves to be worshipped.
❇️ Among these days, the prime day of the entire year is the 9th of Dhul Hijjah The Day of Arafah, which begins at sunset of Monday and ends at sundown of Tuesday May 26th Fasting this day is promised by the Prophet of Allah ﷺ to be an expiation of the past and present year’s sins (Sahih Muslim). People are forgiven and decreed to be among the people of Paradise.
❇️ Eid ul Adha Prayer, 10th of ZulHijjah, is on Wednesday May 27th

❇️ In the meantime, let us focus on devoting time out of sincere love for Allah swt to do the following: 👇👇 👇
1️⃣ Anyone intending to do Udhiyya Sacrifice should not clip their nails or trim hair starting Monday 18th May, till their sacrifices are done. Note: It’s a Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ
2️⃣ Maintain Daily 5 prayers with their volunteer sections (Sunan) and pray in congregation at KIC 🕌
3️⃣ Offer Volunteer Prayers, such as Sunnah, Nafal, Duha, Awwabeen, Tasbih, & Tahajjud
4️⃣ Do Zikr of Morning and Evening – and as much possible through out the day.
5️⃣ Fast all 9 days, but especially focus on the 9th day – Arafah- a Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ
6️⃣ Do special Remembrance of Allah i.e., Takbeerat starting after Fajr Prayer of 9th (Tuesday) and lasting until Asr of 13th (Saturday) of ZhulHijjah.

7️⃣ Give Charity – Sadaqa
8️⃣ Avoid sins, arguments, and practice higher morals of Islam.
9️⃣ Plan on doing sacrifice Udhiya/Qurbani, remembering the passion of prophet Ibrahim ﷺ
