Dear respected members of the community, In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Zayd ibn Khālid (رضي الله عنه) reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:“Whoever provides food for a fasting person to break his fast will have a reward equal to that of the fasting person, without any reduction in the fasting person’s reward.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhī 807 – Ṣaḥīḥ)
Insha’Allah, during Ramadan 2026, family iftars will be held on Fridays and Saturdays at Kalamazoo Islamic School (KIS) only. Student iftars will continue daily at Kalamazoo Islamic Center (KIC) and will be exclusively for students.
