Your donations help maintain our facilities and allow us to continue providing essential services to the community. These costs are covered through membership fees and generous donations. Your donation goes a long way! The Kalamazoo Islamic Center as well as its entity, the Kalamazoo Islamic School, both run on donations from the General Fund. It is not only used to upkeep the current facilities in a good shape but to also provide enhancements according to the demands of the community.

Newly Renovated Entrances!
Apart from the usual operational expenses, KIC's funds were spent on renovating different areas including the renovation of AyaSofia Turkish Restaurant (previously Bruno's Pizza), masjid's North and West side entrance hallways, and many other miscellaneous areas.

KIC Acquires Brunos Pizza
In 2023, with the help of your donations, KIC was able to acquire Bruno's Pizza Restaurant which is aimed to be purposed to serve not only the Muslim community of Kalamazoo but also provide a staple cuisine that is not found in the area.
